Make an 80s Style Care Bears nightgown for 18 inch Dolls like Courtney Moore
Use the Bloomer Buddies PDF sewing pattern to make a classic nightgown for your 1980’s Courtney Moore™ doll. I made my nightgown from soft, Care Bears® flannel fabric that I found at my local Joann’s store. When I went to college in 1986, I loved the Care Bears® too. My mom made me a nightgown just like this (but the background of the fabric was white.) The girls in the dorm did think I was a little weird. No worries, I’m sure I was. Ha ha!

Find the Bloomer Buddies sewing pattern in 3 doll sizes here.
Use the dress length pattern pieces and lengthen the sleeves about 3 1/2 inches to meet the wrist, like I did in THIS post and THIS one. Otherwise just follow the pattern directions. You could also make the top length, and add some cute pajama pants for a different look like in THIS POST!
