Michele (above) chose an undersea print for her jumper, while Carly (below) kept the solid denim jumper but added cute buttons to match the peasant top and bloomers underneath. Both looks are perfection!

Use fun holiday fabrics to make your own “one of a kind” doll clothes
Your dress can look completely different just by changing the shirt color you pair it with. (Both the red and black shirts were made using the Jumping Jack pattern.) The red gives it a more “Christmas” feel where the black could be worn into January a well. Instead of tights, try fun, striped socks and boots. I found this striped bias tape in a sewing catalog- they offer it in a few colors and patterns. It’s such a fun accent for waistbands, hems and straps in the perfect scale for dolls.

Although this Easy Up! Jumper is not the exact same fabric as the one above, it is a coordinating print and gives the same effect. Teeny tiny snow globes! I purchase most of my fabric at AD: Fat Quarter Shop. This jumper would also look stunning over the black turtleneck shirt as well. Find the Easy Up! Jumper pattern here.

The Easy Up! PDF sewing pattern is a quick sew. It’s easy to sew it reversible as well. Sometimes I’ll choose a seasonal fabric for one side and make the other side non seasonal.
Camille’s dress has tiny hearts on one side, and delicate rosebuds on the other. I also added some lacy trim to the hemline for extra frill. A Playtime Peasant Top in pink or white completes her quick and simple to sew outfit.
Blaire Wilson and Grace Thomas are ready for Easter!
The Easy Up! Jumper pattern includes the pattern piece to make the faux button up front for the jumper. That piece will make the placket from the same fabric as the jumper in one easy step, like the blue one in THIS POST.
For this dress, I wanted the plackets to match my polka dot kick pleats instead of the actual jumper. I used the non- placket pieces for the jumper and I cut a piece of fabric 2x the width of finished placket + 1/2 (this is 1/4th seam allowance for each side). (In this case, 2 1/4 inches). The length is a little longer than the jumper pattern piece.)
Fold the contrasting placket in half the long way, right sides together, and stitch with a 1/4th inch seam. Turn (try these amazing turning tubes for no fuss turning!) and press with the seam to the center. Fold your jumper front in half and crease it down the center. This marks your center line. With the seam facing down, stitch your placket to the jumper front. If you want, tuck in some ric rac trim or tiny lace under each side of the placket before you stitch it down. Continue with the rest of the pattern instructions as written.
Here are a few photos of the amazing Easy Up! jumpers from the Oh Sew Kat! testers. They never cease to amaze me with not only how quickly they work, but also have creative they are! Find the Easy Up! Jumper and other digital sewing patterns for 18 inch dolls here.
The Easy Up! Jumper is cute with a pocket on the front.
Michelle Anderson added an adorable pocket to the front of this spiffy plaid jumper. The pocket piece is not included with the pattern, but if you don’t have one from another pattern (like the HalterAlls or Backyard Bibs for example), it’s very easy to make your own!
Add a pretty peasant top under the Easy Up! Jumper for a soft, romantic look.
Sophie Pagr’s STUNNING dress blew me away. The fabric is perfect with this off the shoulder peasant style top. Be sure to check her out on instagram at ProjectAGrunway for more stunning photos and doll clothes.
